1. Technical Support Specialist
   As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients via phone, email, and video-chat. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on wallet setup and management, transaction processing, and security measures.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in technical support or related field preferred

1. Marketing Coordinator
   As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and build brand awareness. You will also be responsible for creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and analyzing marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Strong marketing skills and knowledge of digital marketing strategies

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in marketing or related field preferred
